Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, public holidays, or during busy promotional periods.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time we may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear. If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us at contact@steppease.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at contact@steppease.com with your order number and details so we can help resolve it.

Customs & import duties

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Split shipments

Depending on stock and warehouse location, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Tracking will be provided for each package.
